Obituary of Monica Amaya

Unexpectedly, but peacefully passed away at Toronto Western Hospital on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 22 years of age. Beloved daughter of Rolando and Lissethe. Loving sister of Gabriela. Cherished granddaughter of Rolando and Olivia Amaya, Isabel and late Rene Giron. Monica will be fondly remembered by Olwill Mendoza. Monica will also be lovingly remembered by her aunts, uncles, cousins, church family, colleagues and many friends.

A visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 5:30 - 9:00 p.m.

A funeral service will be held at Iglesia Hispana del Nazerno Bradford (Green Valley Alliance Church), 758 Simcoe Rd., Bradford on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 11 a.m. Due to capacity limits guests will have to register with the Church at the following link https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/monica-amaya-giron-celebracion-de-vida-celebration-of-life-tickets-291795477127 to be able to attend Monica's service.
