Obituary of William (Bill) Bennie

Bill peacefully passed away at home with family at his side on Friday, March 25, 2022 at 73 years of age.

Beloved husband of Gail Graham. Loving dad of Carrie-Anne Bennie and predeceased by William "Billy" Bennie. Dear stepfather of Stephanie Lefler, Beverly (Paul) McConnell, David (Liz) Sherman and Megan (Leroy) Smith. Proud papa of Billy, Josh, Zach, Renee, Denise, late Ryan, Brandon, Calab, Landon, Ryder, Hunter, Amberly, Nala, Joseph and Adahliyah. Cherished great papa of Nathan, Nevaeh, Savana, Callum, late Autumn, Rylind and Ryler. Dear brother of late Robert (Teresa), Elizabeth (late Junior), late David and Margaret. Dear brother-in-law of late Bonnie, Marlene, late Earl, late Don and Harvey. Bill will be fondly remembered by nieces and nephews. Bill will also be sadly missed by his best friend Tony Alves.

A celebration of Bill's life will be held at a later date.

In Bill's memory, donations may be made to Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto.
