Obituary of Solange Belanger

Solange peacefully passed away at Woods Park Care Centre, Barrie on Friday, September 16, 2022. Solange Belanger (Beauchamp) of Barrie and formerly of Bradford at 94 years of age.

Beloved wife of the late Silvain "Silver" Belanger. Loving mother of Alvin (Carol) Belanger and Darlene (Gerry) Gilmore. Proud grandma of Cynthia (Andy) DeBaeremaeker, Andrew (Danielle) Belanger; Jeffrey Gilmore (Tracy), and Melanie Gilmore (Mike). Cherished great grandma of Emily, Charlotte, Owen, Isaac; Arianna and Jessica. Also survived by her sister-in-law Wivine Bruneau. Solange will also be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Road, Bradford on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa Street, Bradford on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Martyrs of Japan Cemetery, Bradford.

Facials masks are highly recommended at the Visitation and Funeral Mass, as requested by the family.
