Obituary of Stella Fortini

Peacefully passed away at home with family by her side after a lengthy illness on Saturday, October 29, 2022. Stella Fortini (nee Baccilieri) of Bradford at 66 years of age. Beloved wife of Luigi Fortini. Loving mother of Tonia (Marino) Pitocco and Gina (Joseph) Distefano. Proud Nonna of Daniel, Matteo, Marina and Gabriel Pitocco. Cherished daughter of late Pasquale and late Antonietta Baccilieri. Dear sister of Vanda (John) LeBlanc. Stella will be lovingly remembered by the Fortini family and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford on Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 2-4 p.m. and 5-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa St., Bradford on Friday, November 4, 2022 at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Martyrs Cemetery, Bradford.

In Stella's memory, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
