Obituary of Margaret Gres Dudo
Peacefully passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, surrounded by her family on Monday, April 17, 2023. Margaret Dudo (nee Gres), longtime resident of Bradford, farmer of the Holland Marsh, and CWL member of Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, at 77 years of age.
Beloved wife of Ladislav. Loving mother of Steven, Laurie, and Lisa. Dear sister of Edward (Helen) Gres. Dear sister-in-law of Jano (late Marika) Dudo and Milka (Tomas) Dzurnak. Margaret will also be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, cousins and their families in Canada and Slovakia, and many wonderful friends. Special thanks to the staff at Medicine 6th Floor at Southlake Regional Health Centre for their compassionate care of Margaret.
A visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford on Sunday, April 23, 2023, from 2-5 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa St., Bradford on Monday, April 24, 2023, at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Holy Martyrs Cemetery, Bradford.
In Margaret’s memory, donations may be made to Holy Martyrs of Japan Church or to Medicine 6th Floor at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
