Obituary of Jose Azevedo

Jose sadly and unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at 52 years of age.

Beloved husband of Maria. Loving dad of Andrea (Garrett) and Nicholas. Cherished son of Antonio and Laurinda. Dear brother of Laurentina. Dear brother-in-law of Linda. Dear uncle of Christopher. Jose will also be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his many friends.

Visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Road, Bradford on Friday, June 16, 2023 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Martyrs of Japan Cemetery, Bradford.
