Obituary of Diane Sturdy

Diane peacefully passed away surrounded by her family at Matthews House Hospice, Alliston on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 79 years of age.

Devoted and loving wife of late Lawrence Roy Sturdy. Loving mom of Glenn (Gail) Sturdy and Lisa Sturdy (Doug Johnston). Proud Gma of Tianna, Kyra, Quaid; Breann (Alex) and Lauren. Predeceased by her son-in-law Gregg Davey. Dear sister of late Gail (Frank) Janson. Diane will also be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Road, Bradford on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 from 5-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 11 a.m. followed by cremation.

In Diane's memory, donations may be made to Matthews House Hospice, Sick Kids Foundation or to the Stronach Cancer Centre at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket.
