Obituary of Vicki Bradley

Victoria Ann Bradley (Vicki) peacefully passed away on January 17th, 2024, at Matthews House Hospice at 64 years of age, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Beloved wife of Bill Bradley, loving Mother to James Vanderheyden (Jenn Phillips) & Roger Vanderheyden (Stephanie Richmond) & dear sister to Alan (Rebecca) Millar.

Vicki was caring, brave and determined. She was an ambitious “Do It Yourself-er.” There was never a project too big for Vicki to dive into. Whether helping her husband refinish antique furniture to helping her son & daughter in law rebuild their home, or just to discuss projects with her customers as the millwork specialist at Lowes. When she wasn’t working on an upcoming project, she loved planning trips, gardening and cooking with her son, Roger. Vicki was a bright light in so many people’s lives and will be remembered as simply the best wife, Mom, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin & friend anyone could ask for.

The family would like to say a special thank you to nurses & volunteers at Matthews House Hospice for their compassion and care.

At Vicki’s request, a cremation has taken place. All friends and family are invited to gather to say farewell to Vicki at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford on Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 1-3 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Matthews House Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
