Procter, William Eli- On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, Carol and Wayne Procter unexpectedly lost their son Bill in his 53rd year. Dear brother of Dwayne (Nancy) and David (Sheri). Uncle Bill to Kaylee and Leah. Father to Amanda.

Bill will be remembered for his big heart and always willing to help others. He will be truly missed.
