Margaret Rose Jean Patton (nee Moriarty)

Peacefully passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 84 years of age.

Beloved wife of late William (Bill) Patton. Loving mom of Gail (Manny) Medeiros, Maureen (Don) Lock and Colleen Bantam. Loving Nana of Elyse (Roderick), Calli (Brian), Lea and Brandon. Dear Gigi of Jack, Grace, Max; Theo, Thomas; and Theo. Cherished daughter of late Norbert and late Gertrude Moriarty. Dear sister of late William (late Lena) Moriarty, late Marie (late Gordon) Bantam, late Louis (late Grace) Moriarty, late Irene Moriarty, late Mary (late Bud) Ham and late Connie (Don) McClean and sister-in-law of Joan Spencly, Barbara (Owen) Hoover, late Jim Patton, late Nancy Woolley and late Larry Patton. Aunt Margie will also be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home 30 Simcoe Road, Bradford on Sunday, June 16, 2024 from 1-4 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa Street, Bradford on Monday, June 17, 2024 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Martyrs of Japan Cemetery, Bradford.

In Margaret’s memory, donations may be made to Ontario SPCA or the Canadian Cancer Society.
