Obituary of Elsie Marie Giffen

Elsie peacefully passed away at home surrounded by her family on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 92 years of age.

Predeceased by her husbands Elvin Fleming and Don Giffen; son John; companion Gordon Giffen; sisters Patricia, Clarin, Cordie; and brother Lachlan. Beloved mother of Heather (Andrew) Sharko. Proud grandma of Kyle (Damara), Robert (Jennifer), Brian (Nicole), Andrea (Adam) and Erin. Cherished great grandma of Luke, Jocelyn, Megan, Payton, Breya, Alicia, Aaron, Dalya, Jaxson and Gage.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024 at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford from 10 a.m. until the time of a memorial service at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Minesing Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers and in Elsie's memory, donations may be made to Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation.
