Obituary of Blake Beattie Constable

Peacefully passed away at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Monday, November 11, 2019. Blake Constable of Cookstown at 94 years of age. Beloved husband of Susan Downs and late Shirley (nee Kell). Loving father of Heather (Allan) Faris, Rhonda (Gary) Long, Alex (Sharon) Constable and Kirby (Marian) Constable. Dear stepfather of Terry (Lesa) and Jeanine (Miguel). Blake will be lovingly remembered by 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Survived by his brother-in-law Keith (Helen) Kell. Blake will also be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and countless friends. Special thanks to Southlake Regional Health Centre and Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre for their compassionate care. Friends will be received at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford for visitation on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 12:30 – 3:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Churchill United Church, 6306 Yonge St., Churchill on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at 2 p.m. Interment Sixth Line Cemetery, Innisfil on Monday, November 18, 2019 at 10 a.m. In Blake’s memory, donations may be made to the Churchill United Church (e-transfer: kcole0122@rogers.com).
