I recall my “pick up parts” runs to Markham I did as a customer some 40 years ago in the infancy years for both Turf Care and in Kevin. Kevin from the start, was passionate about after sales customer service, and had incredible respect and love for the Toro brand. You did not need to look any further than his license plate to see that (Toro kg). Kevin quickly evolved into a parts guru, synonymous among customers as the “go to guy for parts sourcing and information”. No matter what the challenge, you always new he would give you his best in getting any parts dilemma resolved. The many trade shows, golf, and industry events, that I had the privilege to attend in his company, clearly exposed the fact that he was a key and vital customer link for Turf Care. To the family, be assured Kevin made a difference on so many levels. Kevin truly was the “Care” in Turf Care. On behalf of Kasey and myself, our deepest condolences. Kasey & Ian Chapman
